GAC on EXTRA MAGIC HOURS mornings

Hello

Does anyone know if you can get a GAC at 8am from Magic Kingdom Guest Services on extra magic hours days?

As far as I have seen, Guest Services is open the same hours as the parks. So, if the park is open early, Guest Services should also be open.

We are not able to get DD going early enough to get there at opening, so I have no personal experience with Early EMH. But we have been at each park until closing, including at late EMH, so i don't see why they would be open for the late hours and not for the early ones.
