I know that you can get your GAC at the parks guests services. Can you also get it in DTD? resorts?

AS far as I know it has to be obtained at the parks.

Same here- we visited last June and tried to get it early at DTD and at the resort and both said that it could only be given at Guest Services at any of the parks. HTH

Only at Guest Services at the Parks and you do need to have the person who has a disability with you.
