A thread has started on the theme park board reporting changes to ticket upgrade changes. Please check out and follow, especially if you plan on getting tickets from someone other than Disney. New policy reported is saying that Disney will not bridge tickets being upgraded and possibly not allowing tickets to be upgraded at all except for AP. I have many times done this and recommend this as an option to saving money on this board. This could be a game changer for some that like to purchase package components separately, get room discounts from someone other than Disney, upgrade old tickets used to secure FD, or when renting DVC.

I remember reading another DISer trying to bridge tickets last year and having the worst time with all the CMs about it. It was a hard story to read.....made me want to cry for/with her. I think she finally managed to get them bridged but it took multiple trips to different ticket offices to find someone to do it. It will definitely change how a lot of people purchase tickets :(.
