That's a hard-sell though. There are lots of Etsy made Disney shirts out there, and I doubt they want to start policing all of them.

I've got news for them - there are patriots in the park every day. They work there. They are guests there. They might watch the flag retreat or enjoy some time with Mr. Lincoln. They might just love Disney. You don't have to be aligned with a particular side to be a patriot, nor do you have to wear it on your sleeve. It's unfortunate to see that people feel the need to stage something like this to make some kind of point about how "patriotic" they supposedly. The real patriots don't have to advertise it.

This would be me. I could care less about politics, but if I am in the park at 4:15, you can find me at the Flag Retreat. And there are a lot of flag retreat regulars - I have become friends with some over the years. All just proud to be Americans and Disney lovers. We never even discuss politics - I do know where some of their views lie and whether they are the same as mine does not matter. As much as I would want to go on 2/28 (it is the weekend after my birthday), I think this will be a big skip weekend for me.

"It's official, we're going to trigger liberals at Disneyland." This wording sounds more like an ad for a protest, not a group of people who want to go enjoy a day at the park. Also... don't they know loads of people who go to Disneyland AREN'T liberal? If their whole point is to "trigger" people, they might as well save themselves some money and go have their event at the beach instead.

I wonder if Disneyland knows about this and, if so, if they will have more security at the park that day. I definitely wouldn't go that day, it just sounds stressful. It's really too bad it's on the same day as mini gay day.

I think it's too bad political shirts are allowed in the park, only because the whole point of Disneyland is to have a relaxed time and forget about reality lol. (At least for me!) But I know it's a slippery slope because how would you define "Political." But just like any shirts with candidates etc. All of them, not just one party or another. It would probably be a huge pain for CMs to have to enforce a policy like that, though.

I'm not saying go after everyone but these people are clearly trying to profit on Disney and crap on it...no they should be stopped

What I hate is that if I wear a shirt with a USA flag on it people automatically think I am maga or if I wear a rainbow shirt I am automatically gay.

Its pretty annoying.

It's a shame that people think that way. The only difference is, I don't care if people think I'm gay.
