I have to travel for work tomorrow and had the worst time buying some book matches.

Apparently meth labs use some chemical in the book matches. I had to go to three different places to find them, then I had to sign this paper saying I was using them specifically to light a fire, not for illegal purposes. I had to give them my DL #, etc.

Weird!

Man - that's going to put a real crimp in the "wedding matchbook" industry, isn't it?

I consider that logic to be right "up there" with the "You're allowed ONE empty Zippo lighter in your carry-on.." Obviously TWO empty Zippo lighters would pose a HUGE risk to National Security..

For months now I've been trying to find a blender in a garage sale or thrift store.. There isn't one to be had anywhere, so I have come to the only logical conclusion - they too were considered a threat to National Security and have all been confiscated.. I mean anyone with an ounce of sense can see what a threat they would be in the hands of a terrorist... :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
