Just wanted to let you know I heard from ePrize regarding these tickets and they said that mind must have gotten lost in the mail. I have a co-worker, my Mom and my husband who still haven't gotten theirs so I don't think they got lost in the mail. I'm wondering if they are just not sending anymore out.
They said that if you got a winning e-mail, your name should be in the system and you just need to bring a photo ID to the ticket window at Universal to get them. I explained to them that this sweepstakes was for an actual ticket and NOT the Superbowl one and it wasn't one per household.
I called Universal and they only have me in the system for the Superbowl voucher.
So....I guess we are not getting the tickets now.
Bummer because these were supposed to be actual tickets and not vouchers with our names on them.
