I got an email that has someone else's information on it! I am on the phone w/ Ally right now - they have ackowledged this is a problem and they are working on it! EEP! If I have someone else's payment confirmation who has mine.

I haven't had that problem with them, but I've been getting multiple statements every month!

The gal I talked to said they were suspending all email confirmations until it was taken care of and she verified that my payment was properly credited to my account!

Yup I got one today too for "Bobbi's" payment he made on February 1st.

I can't log-in online anymore. It tells me to enter the last four of my SSN#, and when I do it tells me that an account (mine) is associated with this number, please put my tax ID # in??:confused3

Is this happening on the ally.com site? I was able to log in, weird!

Ugh...They took over Suzuki Finance so they picked up my account and I made my payment today so it is kinda scary to hear that they were sending out the confirmations to wrong people...I had issues logging in today but got it figured out.Hope it gets smoother soon!

Ally people are idiots. My boss just bought 4 new jeeps for the company when they had their 0% financing. All 4 payments are due the first week of each month, so I enter the information into Quickbooks for each account and it cuts one check for all of them.

Every single month they apply the check to only 1 account and then their collection's people start calling us on the other 3 accounts. I give them the 4 account numbers and tell them to fix it. Believe it or not their collections people tell me that it's not their problem, they just want to collect the money, they aren't in charge of how payments get applied.

So you know what I do? I give them our 4 account numbers and tell them to call our corporate office. (They have no idea they are actually speaking to the corporate office!) I give them the toll free number for Ally Customer Service!:rotfl2: It seems to work, because they get it fixed and don't bother us again...until the next month!

I've done everything, attached notes tell them to apply to all 4 accounts, etc. and they just seem to ignore it.

I haven't been able to log on to my account since January 31st. I type in my user name and password, and it tells me that it is the incorrect password. Ok, so I know my user name is good, because the website recognized it. So, I try to reset my password like it directs me to do, and it says my user name is not on file. The same user name it just recognized as a valid one. So, I type in SSN, and it comes up as our former leased which was turned in over two years ago and says its a closed file.

I've called everyday since January 31st and have been told the same story everyday. They are aware there are websites issues and it will be fixed and up and running by tomorrow. Try to log on after 1 pm tomorrow. They have told me this everyday for almost two weeks now. Ever since Ally took over the GMAC stuff, it has been nothing but problems for me. Never a smooth transaction...always some type of issue.

I would think if it was four separate accounts, you need to cut four separate checks... One for each account or vehicle. If each car is under a separate loan or account number I can see why your cutting one check each month is so confusing. I would not assume it's fixed... You probably have one account that is paid in advance and 3 others that are in arrrears. If I was the boss I would make be very upset at just the potential of this happening and if it did... I'd fire someone who didn't follow up on it. It could cause a lot of harm to someones business credit.
