FYI Buses DTD during Shift Change - BEWARE!

We love the Disney bus system and have used them instead of renting a car but there is one caveat! Beware of DTD buses during shift changes. On our last full day in the World (3/7), we went shopping in DTD and needed to catch a bus back to AKL to drop off our packages before dinner in Epcot area. Normally buses run every 15-20 mins or so but this time it tooks us over an HOUR to get a bus. We had one driver pass us by as we approached the stop (driver unloaded, closed the door and was gone), the second bus came 25 minutes later and then made a 15 min stop at PI (waiting for new shift driver). Very frustrating!
