Hi Everyone!!! Just joined the boards. We have camped at FW many times. Always with a tent. We are going on April 1 with our pop-up. I have a couple of questions that I hope someone can answer. :confused3 First, how many plugs are at each outlet at each site? Also, is there a drain by the water spigot that your grey water runoff can go to? We have requested a partial hook-up site and can't remember what is at each one. It has been a few years since we have been. Also want to say I have enjoyed reading alot of the posts on the forum. Seems like my kind of place. Hope to meet some of you soon.

Howdy and welcome...we just had a discussion about grey water drainage recently.....there is not a drain for it at the spiggot, you need to haul it to the comfort staion and flush it. Im not sure how many outlets there are...but Im sure your question will be answered within the hour.

From what I've seen in some other threads, you will have to take your grey water to the CS to dump.

I'm sure someone else will be along shortly to confirm or deny this though...:3dglasses

BTW, :welcome:

At the pole, there is a 50 AMP Plug, a 30 Amp Plug, and 2 duplex standard household plugs (a total of four). In the partial hookups there is no sewer.

Go to the calendar in the stickies in this forum and post your dates. You can then see who is going the same time you are.

The master of the partial hookup site has spoken. I was gonna say Carol will know but she got here 1st.:thumbsup2

We always bring a power strip, because there aren't enough outlets for our coffee/espresso maker, electric frying pan, fan, another fan, heater, crockpot, blow dryer, television, stereo, vcr/dvd player, computer, humidifyer, dehumidifyer, electric toothbrush, miter saw, lamp, more lamps, beermeister, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and PS2.

(Just kidding. But we really do use a power strip!) Welcome to the DIS boards! :goodvibes

:lmao: I always wanted to put a humidifier and a dehumidifier in the same room and watch em fight it out (in my best steven wright monotone)

I never leave home without my miter saw!!!!

Them there are fight'n words and I will match anyone for the amount of "junk" that I carry that I might never need, but just can't leave home without it.

To the OP you might consider a full hook up site if available since they do have a drain and S/S sink area that you can dump grey water into ... it's small like 6 X 10 inches for the sink but very convenient.

I aint about to tangle with you Larry, I actually travel as light as possible. But I can see why you are able to bring it all, including the kitchen sink...big ol'van, TT with plenty of storage room.....kids grown and not crammed into the van with yall.
Our next trip, Im traveling so light, Im even leaving 2 of kids behind!!!! I think...of coarse, the closer we get to May, the more questions they keep asking. I wouldnt be surprised if they actually end up coming with us. They've dreamed of us going on vacation without them so they could throw "the forbidden party", but Im getting a feeling from them that they may back out of staying home at the last minute. I'd love for them to come, but if I were to let them know that, they'd NEVER do it. As long as they think their pissing me off, they very likely will make the trip.

Rog, you really are an evil jenius, spelled with a J. What movie is that from???

Im goin out on a limb and saying Austin Powers????? Oh, Behave!

Never saw it. Maybe it was something the little voice in my head said some time. He is a witty little voice, evil and vindictive, but witty.

Your voice must be family to my voice....always tryin to get me in trouble. Sometimes when Im REALLY drunk...he takes over and causes ALL KINDA TROUBLE, then just disappears....leaving me to clean up the mess he's created.
