FW Experts - Help!

We are trying to figure our when to stay at FW next year. It will be our first time in a cabin at WDW, and we are really looking forward to it. We want to avoid the summer, but we want to go when the "seasonal" activities are held (pony rides, BBQ, etc.). Does anyone know what the season is? Are there pony rides in October? Thanks!

Yes, they have all the seasonal stuff in October. That is our favorite time to go. Great weather, low crowds. Have fun!

We went this year in May and it wasn't that crowded. As Memorial Day approached it got crowded, but not unbearable. The weather was also great. I think it only rained 1 time while we were there also.
