Future Rider Pass

We were looking though an old photo album from a Disney trip back in 1999, and forgot we had Future Rider Passes stuffed in a back pocket. The pass would allow an entire family to basically FP the ride when the child who couldn't ride, to come back in the future. We have multiple passes for all the big rides that existed back then. What are my chances of being able to use them now? We have 5 just for test track along.
