Future Cruise Credit

Hi,
I hope this is ok to ask on here, ive tried to find the information but I have not been able too.

We are uk based, and had our first cruise cancelled due to Covid, and took the future credit, with the opening day being on Thursday , we are excited to get rebooked , now my question is, how do we book and apply the credit, would this need to be done over the phone with Disney Cruise Line uk or would we be able to book it online then call and get it applied or would it be applied automatically when the lead person re books, when I run through a dummy booking it doesn't bring it up but I wasn't the lead passenger?

Lastly but not least, are we able to transfer a uk booking with a FCC to. Dreams agent ?

It will should show up online as a payment option on new bookings. You could do a test reservation now to see if it comes up and just not actually process it.

Thanks for the reply, after reading the pages again, I think the issue was that it was a restrict cabin type I was looking at, (first time cruisers with DCL here so still learn the lingo) I then tried a cruise for November and it showed up. Hopefully Thursday all will go well
