RCI members seem to have found the Golden Goose, and are grabbing DVC exchanges and selling them on EBAY. Here are several running ads, all noting the RCI $95 fee. SOMEONE should be policing this. Disney...are you listening? It will be a free-for-all for RCI members if RCI and or Disney doesn't stop this. If you see ads for RCI DVC exchanges, you should report them, or it will be the death knell for DVC owners trying to rent, or trying to sell for decent money.
I'm not an owner, we decided to simply rent whenever we want to go, but if I was an owner, I'd be outraged. These should be reported, and if you're a DVC owner, I would think you'd know better who to send it to so someone at Disney would listen. This is another reason we won't buy... Disney doesn't protect its inventory or its owners from devaluation. Some of these ads have been running for many days.

, but is that usually every single year at specific times, or is it for the few times over years that they want to go? I wonder how many are out there that rent their DVC vacations year after year during times like Christmas break, Spring Break, F&W Festival, Thanksgiving week, etc. I would imagine that the majority of those who rent to get into DVC don't do it on yearly or semi-annual basis. JMHO
and look forward to one or two times a year....on top of going with my family for a week!
