I called and he gave me they were forwarding it to marketing yada yada, I will hear back in 24-48 hours. Do you think they will actually honor it?

I called and the rep I got was awesome and adjusted it right there for me. WHoo! Now hopefully, they will pass them unlike the carseats. My 5 year old just asked for a pony tonight!

Amazon and Target had $250 Britax carseats marked for $45. They canceled most of the orders. BUT, the wording looks pretty solid for this deal.

I would call back until you get a rep that will adjust. I seen on slickdeals some called 2 or 3 times.

THANK YOU SO MUCH, OP!!! I was able to order it Smore for $199 shipped free and then called 1.800.201.7575 Amazon customer service (it took me looking it up on Google to get the number since it is VERY hard to find on the help page of Amazon) and I was albe to very easily get the $100 refund without hassel. The lady sent me an email with the credit while I was on the phone with her. She said my order was alreay in the shipping department. My son will be so happy with this Christmas Day. He is a special needs little guy that loves horses.

Well I spoke to soon. My friend ordered her's online and they refused to give her the $100 and refused to cancel it because it was already being processed for shipping (5 minutes after ordering online) They said she would just have to refuse it then wait until it got back to them and processed as a return before they would give the credit back to her card. It would be about a month turn around time. I called them back for her and was able to get the $100 credit but only after A LOT back and forth. So order at your own risk.

The horses regular price is 299 - the 199 is the sale price. Those who got adjustments should not have gotten them. It clearly states on the page sale price listed below. I imagine they will be cancelling these orders.

I recieved an email today and mine shipped via FedEx. Also when I log onto Amazon and look at my order it shows my refund processed for $100. Delivery date of Dec 9.

I actually cancelled my order after a rep told me that she could not promise anything and then they shipped them anyway.
It makes me very irritated becaue now I have to ship them back!

It clearly states it now, but the wording was different when we ordered. I kept screen shots. It was worded like an instant rebate. The horse was already maked 120 off.......so the $100 comment still doesn't make sense. Yesterday it said take $100 off at checkout..... of coarse we checked out and it didn't take the discount off.

Mine shipped today, but I still have not recieved the 100 refund I was promised last night on the phone I would have within 24-48 hours. It is going to suck if I have to send it back. DH is in Iraq, so I can't really see myself dragging a 70 pound box to the post office with DD (who would then see the picture on the box and get upset).
