Funny Traditions You Do In Disney!

Except for this last time (and yes, I'm still kinda bitter about it :p) we always go to EPCOT first. And go during Flower and Garden. Totally makes my trip.

1. On splash mountain, after the 50 ft drop, me and my mom are always over dramatic with that tiny 1 ft dip... we through our hands up and start screaming randomly... :scared1:
everyone else in the vehicle starts screaming too and laughs when it's over

2. We go to park opening at Epcot at least once every trip we sprint (literally) over to soarin', grab a fastpass, and hop in line :3

3. I HAVE to go on Ellen's Energy Adventure at least once and the last time we went, I got sick and couldn't... Bah.

4. On Dinosaur, When they take the picture, me and my mom always pretend to fall asleep or look the other way...

Hm...we always check for the key under the mat at Muppets 3D.
We always see Muppets 3D.
We call the Tower of Terror "The Tower of Jello".
If we're going to AK, we always eat lunch at Flame Tree.

me and my family always go to ohanas breakfast the last day were in disney.
but i like that restaruant so my moms booking it earlier this trip so it wont
be a sad reservation. our other trips iv looked forward to ohanas but i hate
it that we leave that day, so this time should be fun!

Everytime we stop by Downtown Disney we must go into Disney's Days of Christmas and Goofy's Candy Co. Also pretty much almost everytime during our trip it rains at least once while we're at the Magic Kingdom and we always take shelter at Peco Bills. Also when I was younger our tradition used to be that I always had to buy an autograph book at Disney (Although that was mostly because I forgot to bring mine.).

Months before the trip, I begin going through my iTunes library in attempt to cram as much Disney music as I can into 8 GB.

Depending on the time of year, I'll begin to set aside clothes as much as four weeks away from the day of departure. I also get a food list started around this time. From this point forward, my sister and I break out the "Disney Bucket List" and see if we can add to the nearly impossible feats. (Getting an Autopia Liscense revoked is one)

The week of, my sister and I are getting jittery, so we prepare our pin collections, making sure that everything's in order.

The morning of departure, my sister and I are completely hyped up. It annoys the heck out of my parents. (Though next time, I'm thinking the next victim is me, seeing as I'm going to be driving for half of the way). All I breathe is Disney for that entire ten hours plus traffic.

When we get to the resort, we either eat dinner at Naples or we stay at the hotel and eat some other fast food filled with carbs.

My sister, brother, and I make it an extremely obvious point that we're ecstatic beyond belief, so the first time we ride Space Mountain, Small World, PotC, and the Fantasyland rides, we scream like the craziest bunch of idiots you've ever seen.

Perhaps you've seen me and my friends on April 6, 2010 on PotC at DL, CA?

My family has so many traditions that I probably can't even count them all :)
1. We always spend the first day between all of those crazy tourist t-shirt stores, the giant walmart, and the always magical downtown disney

2. We always search for hidden mickeys

3. We must have lunch at biergarten (sp?)... one year, my dad slipped a little of his german beer into my sister's fruit cup and she slurped it down, exclaiming "It smells like wine!!!". :earsboy:

4. We have started a tradition of going during the flower festival because it is so beautiful

5. My dad and I always try to get on Mission:Space with foreigners who don't speak english. They tend to not understand what to do with the flashing buttons, so we pretend to freak out like we really will die if they don't push them :scared1:

These are just a few :cool1:

That's funny! All year my family and I try not too watch too many Disney movies (but how can you resist Disney?) and right before the trip we watch them so it really puts us into the Disney mood. That's just one of the traditions.

But a tradition we always do while actually in WDW is always heading for Frontierland first. As soon as we get into the park and past the beautiful castle, we head towards Frontierland to ride Big Thunder Mountain and Splash Mountain. For some reason, that's when it hits me, I'm actually in Walt Disney World, one of my favorite (if not my favorite already) places to be in the whole world! It always puts me in a Disney mood. :goodvibes

Whenever I get to the top of Splash Mountain I always shout "Please don't throw me in that briar patch!!" in a really southern accent. Fun stuff. ^.^

On Pirates of the Caribbean, when Barbossa (I think), or someone yells "Fire at Will", I always scream "NO! Don't fire at Will!"

Since there are not too many channels on the tv in your room at the resorts, it seems like every year we watch Nancy Grace everyday when we are in Disney. It has become a tradition. We have to watch our Nancy!!!!:rotfl2:

i luv all of these!!

we always have to eat at tuskers in AK

we ride splash mountain first (it was my very first ride ever in disney) - it hits me that im in disney sometime during that ride

My family always makes it a point to eat at Casey's Corner. My personal Disney tradition is probably pinching myself a lot because at Disney I'm always thinking I'm in a dream. I also do pin trading. I traded a Nemo pin with a cute little girl on a bus once. Most fulfilling day I had that trip. She looked so happy!

my family and i always goes miniature golfing on the last day of our trip!!

Every time we go to WDW, my grandma HAS to get a mickey mouse ice cream bar at least once. She loves those things!:lovestruc
