Hi! You do have to have over a certain amount of posts, though I think it's only 10. However, you can't post pics as attachments, they have to be posted on a website and then you link the url of the photos. Many people host on flickr or photobucket.

I brought my Puss in Boots plush to Disney to take pics with the characters. Donald didn't like that AT ALL! He held Puss in Boots by the tail and kept gesturing that he should be thrown out.
