Funny pet names

At the answering service I work at we have several vet offices we answer for and I hear alot of interesting pet names. I heard one tonight that made me laugh out loud. This lady called for her pet pig and his name was Bacon!
Anyone heard any other cute pet names?

We had neighbors who had a little boxer named Trouble. He was great.

Other neighbors had a Dalmatian named Pinch.

We named a cat Hampton. We were staying at the Hampton Inn and one of the desk people found him and we took him home.

When they are outside calling her, they say....

Here Kitty, Kitty, Kitty.....

Its never gets old when a black lab comes running up..
I laugh every time!!


Our dog is a Min Schnauzer...His name is Kramer..
First got him and he would walk into the room with a funny look on his face acting all weird like Kramer from Seinfeld...Not to mention his hair was usually unrully....

We have a persian cat named Jinxy--after the cat in "Meet the Parents." That movie was SO funny, that when we got her that HAD to be her name. Not a FUNNY name, but a FUNNY movie!

My Jack Russel is Dot. Most people think it is pretty strange,but she has a "dot" in the middle of her forhead. Just seems to fit.

my kitty's name was TC (The Cat)...

One of my friends named her dog KD (Killer Dog)---he was a toy poodle!!! Another named the dog she adopted Chance, because she was his last Chance!!!

I had an ugly pair of shoes almost 30 years ago and they were called "Bort Carletons"........when these two little kittens were born, they were really rather ugly, if you can believe a kitten CAN be ugly! LOL

My fiance (now hubby) and I named the little guys Bort and Carleton after my shoes.

My mom works with someone who has a golden retriever and a pug, named Baby and Twinkie. I don't remember which is which, but she's always sending me pictures of them together. They're so cute but I just think of them getting called and it sounds funny.

has a black and white tabby named cocoa,, a long haired black and gray persian named shadow,, and a twin to shadow named brother kitty,,, and a big white mutt that thinks shes acat,, her names angel,, not really strange cept for the white "cocoa" kitty..lol

I work at a vet clinic so I have heard just about everything
Cuff and Link makes me smile everytime.
I took a kitten from the clinic to our barn and I named him J.C. it was for "Just Cat' but we changed it because people kept asking if his name was Jesus Christ .

We have a lot of dogs names " Kitty" and a lot of cats names "Puppy"

OH I thought of something kinda strange . We have these clients that call all thier dogs " Tempie" they say it is short for Temporary .

And there are these 4 dogs called Dog1 , Dog 2, Dog 3 , Dog 4.

Lots of Dogie's or De Oh Gee's ( get it DOG) and everyone always exlains it and then thinks they were the 1st to think of it LOL

We used to have a "mutt" named Mokey. For those of you who remember Fraggle Rock, Mokey was a muppet type character and was my mom's favorite. Everyone always looked at us strange for naming her that.

My cat's name is Ricky. His Mom had two kittens and the family named them Ricky & Lucy.

I used to work for a vet also. Lots of funny names. One sweet elderly lady named her cat "Ms. Chevious" I've always liked it.

My sister had a dog named "Gerber Baby Food", he was a mixed breed, miniature pincher/dashound, and he was the runt of the litter. My sister said he was so tiny, he looked like the Gerber Baby.? He was a fisty dog born with arthritis in his legs. We gave him baby aspirin to ease the pain.

We seem to ONLY name our pets funny names...

We have cats named: Zamboni, Lemieux, Pickle & Whamo
Dogs: Gretzky (yes, there is a hockey theme )
Goat: Vincent Van Goat
Rabbit: Hugh Hefner
Chickens: Nugget and Wishbone

My favorite was my Arabian horse born while my dad was stationed in North Dakota - she needed a fancy, Arab sounding name for her papers. We named her "Bara Ka Dona" ("A Nodak Arab" spelled backwards...)

When I was a kid we had a cat named Monkey and a monkey named Jolly.

I had a cat named No Sox (she was the only one in a liter of 4 without white feet). Her sister is Alien (only long hair in the liter) and her brothers were Mr. Red and White Sox. Alien is the only one still alive and will be 17 on June 7 and I still have their mom, named Trixie who is over 18.

I have Mogwi and Cliff (he's used to "cliff dive" off the bunk beds).

I had Norman and Stormin (born during the Gulf war).

I had Kramden, Alice, Ed and still have Trixie.

Penny was copper colored and we found her on Penlyn Place.

I have a turtle named Frances and one named Rubberneck.
