My daughter did that too. Engine ceased up and the car had to be junked. She knew better and dad did not buy her another one.

That was my point as well. It never should have happened, she knew to check it, it wasn't a new car close to a Junker, but over all safe enough. I helped financially to help her to buy another car, but she had to pay me back for that one.Well, I just meant I've had junkers that burned the oil and I knew I had to keep an eye on it. Always had a couple quarts in the trunk to check when it got low. It actually would heve never gotten THAT low.
