I sent this to my mother...who hates cats, but they love her. The neighbor's cat comes and stares at her through her windows and it freaks her out.

OMG! Same for me! Not only am I not a fan of cats, I’m severely allergic to them, and yet they stalk me like you wouldn’t believe.

I'm sure I read, somewhere, that cats prefer it if people seem uninterested in them? ...That dogs like eye contact - "Yay! Someone to give me attention!" - but cats, in general, don't like (strangers'?) eye contact, because they like to be left alone to their own devices?
