DH and I used to show up like that or even earlier. You could get free parking when you showed up that early. Sadly I have heard they no longer let you through the parking gates that early anymore since Covid. We used to park and then go walk around the Poly until the ferry and Monorail started running.

I won a couple of these at a carnival/festival in RI one summer. It had to be '89 because I got a Batman and a Ghostbusters II. They were exactly like these though in the same cardboard frame. I think I still have them somewhere, though the Batman one cracked when I was tacking it to the wall.
