I actually did this when my kids were toddlers. I would say, "oh, its for you!." They took the phone and would just talk baby babble for several minutes or more. The telemarketer is rated on how long they keep someone on the phone and are not suppose to be the ones to hang up. It was hilarious to hear my kids babble like they were actually having a conversation.
