I am so thankful that I have a job. Yesterday I handled a lot of customer calls & was able to help several people resolve issues & most all of them thanked me & really appreciated my help. Then there was that one call that went to h*** rapidly & really ruined my day. So this is how I feel this morning:

For those who don’t know travelers from out of state will put their car flasher on cause it is required in their home state if they drop below 40MPH on that type of road. They are just used to doing it even if not required to do so in Florida.

The "flashers in the rain" problem became so problematic that a few years ago, the Florida Legislature amended our traffic laws and outlawed flashers in the rain.

We even had notices on the electronic info boards saying "Headlights ON, Hazards OFF -- It's the LAW!"

And the morons among us revolted! They raised such a fuss that last year, the Legislature repealed the prohibition against flashers. And that is a sad, but true, story.
