Ha, the test was done by State Police back when I took mine. Tires were squealing as I went through the S turns, another inch of width and I would have done a 180° turn rather than a 3 point turn, and it was so busy as he told me to parallel park, he then said, never mind, just pull straight in, you passed.Perhaps I shouldn’t admit it but I totally hit the “Driver’s Test Only” parking sign as I pulled in on the day of my licensing exam. I’m an excellent driver now.

Because of that, I was sitting in the parking lot with my 17 year old where the civilian DMV now does the test and she asked me what I was doing on my phone. "Looking up how to parallel park so I can teach you..." That was the first time I have ever had to parallel park a car, teaching my oldest, LOL.
Ha, I was in an 83 Ford Escort. Literally 1 more inch and I would have done a u-turn in the 3 point turn barriers.I failed the test as I was pulling into the parking lot and ran over the curb. Like half the car over the curb. It was bad. My mom made me sit on pillows to drive after that. I am only 4'9" and really couldn't see out of the Chevy that I was driving at that time.
I’ll meet you at the stationAwwwe, I live here![]()
