Oh man, I so relate to this one. I absolutely HATE the stupid office "fun facts" or whaterver. Here's a fun fact about me: I HATE sharing fun facts!

Yeah, the closer it feels like I'm getting to it the more it seems to creep into my mind.

The good news is the closer you get, the less fear you have. At least that is how it is working for me. As I age (76 now) the more the thought passes through my brain. However, it no longer is feared. It is just accepted, not looked forward too, by any means, but not feared either. Almost no one wants to die, but we can realize that it is going to happen and to enjoy life for simpler things and long range planning hardly ever extends beyond tomorrow.
