I professionaly bartended for years before falling into this profession. Its for this http://www.stephaniejallen.org/ I have had the pleasure of watching this little girl grow into the inspiration she is for the last 10 years!

They offer all kinds of classes to their employees. I tried to take a wine class but it filled up too quickly.
