Several months ago, 6 maybe?, there was a bug where your eyes would be missing. Arms and legs would be in the wrong places. It was everywhere. I know there are photos of this on many players walls and there are for sure screens of it.

Personally, I thought it was really disturbing, but... It was a bug that lasted for a while, a few weeks I think.
