Funny Anwering Machine Messages

Does anyone have a funny answering machine message. There has to be something better than " You have reached, Blah, blah, blah, please leave your name and telephone number, etc....

Not me, but one of my female friends lived in a house with 5 female roommates. When her machine picked up it was Whitney Houston singing "I'm Every Woman.....", and then the 6 of them asked you to "Please leave a message for the House of Estrogen"

My friend Katie says:

You have reached the number you have called. Please leave a message.

One friend I worked with had a pretty good one. But, it did cause some confusion when people called her. Got me a couple of times. When the machine picked up it started out saying hello, hello, speak up I can't hear you. She then said gotcha it leave a message after the beep.

My favorite one I used was when I was young and single and living with two other teachers. One summer I put "school's out and so are we, leave a message at the beep!". I guess I could use that again with my kids in school.

mine says "we're not home now, so come on over and steal our stuff." I have had it like this for ever it seems. Every time I cahnge it, everyone I know complains. So far no theives!!!

dh has done ours that says something like
Hello and thank you for flying **** Airline. Your pilot and co pilot are currently busy flying the plane, please leave a note tacked to the cockpit door and we will be with you shortly.

Or when we were traveling a lot he would say something like
" we cant come to the phone right now were either surfing the super highway or out driving on one.

When my daughter was younger she had a message on our machine with the Mary Kate and Ashley song 'Brother for Sale' playing in the background. Everyone (except her Dear Younger Brother) thought it was cute.

We had one once that said "we cant come to the phone right now , leave a message after the beep" then my DD said "BEEEEEEEP", waited a few seconds, then she said "ha ha just kidding"-- it was very cute.

My dd, Kimmi, did ours. She took a Woody doll from Mcdonalds. It had a talking box in it that said, "You're my favorite deputy." She recorded that, then said, "So we're really sorry we missed you call. Leave a message at the beep." She did this when she was 12 or 13, and I can't bring myself to change it. Her voice is so young, it's really cute. I'll probably have it until I move out of state. It's on the phone company's voice mail, so I can't take the machine.

Ours says: "Hi. _____ and _____'s answering machine is broken. This is the refrigerator. Leave a message after the beep and I'll stick a note to myself. " I can't take credit for this. I heard about it from a friend but it does get quite a few laughs from our callers.

My friend's message goes, " Hi, you've reached the House's house, leave a message after the beep". That's their last name, it's really cute.

A neighbor's answering machine message is changed every holiday/season. Right now, they still have the one for Christmas and it's says something about Rudolph answering and sticking a note on the refrigerator door. It's down right boring/depressing because the person doing it has no personality. Pretty soon, they'll change it to Cupid
