What is the funniest thing that you have captured on tape in the world, accidentally? For me I think it was my DH filming a duck, and then you hear "Kyle come put these shoes away!" My DD and DS (5) were HYSTERICAL when we watched the tape. It looked like the duck was talking! I'd have to say that that was the funniest accidentally caught on tape. ;) Fun fun!

We got curb seats on nite for Spectro (this was quite a few years ago. Our kids were 5 and 7:D )

Well the parade started and one of the "bees" some how got off track and starated backing up and up and up until he bumped right into my DH leg!!!

Then after he "stung my DH he just went forwards and joined the rest of the parade!!

MY DH had glitter on his leg from that one!!!!

Another thing that always happens is you think you have the camcorder off but its on so all of our vacation tapes you can see how clean the sidewalks are and what the shoe styles were then!!!

I love watching those tapes and especially seeing how young the kids were!!!

it's not on a tape, but I have a photograph of the head falling off of a puppet in the Tapestry of Dreams parade.

THis was also not a video, but a photograph. When we went to the MK with fellow DISer Noel and her husband....right on Main Street we were looking at a woman wearing short shorts and really uncomfortable HIGH heels  and wondering what she was thinking, she turns around and she has a mesh backpack on with nice comfy tennis shoes inside. So even she had to know the heels were a bad idea :teeth: Noel's husband got a picture of her with the heels and backpack showing both pairs of shoes. I still don't understand why she bothered with the heels:confused:

I just remembered another classic video we have, although there's nothing to see....I was at MK with my mom, my aunt and DS. I was extremely annoyed with my aunt who flew in from CA to meet us in FL. Long story short we're leaving MK looking for the rental car and the video camera is 'rolling inside my backpack. All you see is black, and all you can here is me complaining to my mom that I can;t stand my aunt for another day LOL. She had to stop to use the restroom every 15 minutes, and we had to stop to eat about every 30 minutes and we left the parks by about 2pm every day. I'm so glad we didn't play that back for her to see!

:rotfl:  :rotfl:

I think you should send that one to America's Funniest Home Videos. Just reading the description, made me laugh out loud!

Probably in Liberty Tree Tavern when Goofy pulled out my DS's chair for him, he was like oh thank you, and then he whipped it out for him to fall on his butt.

One morning, we were trying to get my DS to wake up for the parks. It was his first day and his first time to WDW, so we were videoing him waking up hoping to catch that look as you realize that even though you are tired, you are going to the Magic Kingdom!

Well, he wiggled around and we are gently saying his name, reminding him he is at WDW and Mickey is waiting. He rolls over onto his stomach and rips a huge fart! The camera is shaking as my DH is laughing so hard trying to film.

That was a funny way to start the day for sure!

My funniest thing on video ismy nephew. We were in Cranium Camando and the film or the robots weren't working so the cast member was telling jokes and trivia and he then asked if anyone would like to do something. My nephew (11 at the time) got up and sang Twinkle twinkle little star in front of a full crowd.

Dona :wave2:

I got a good photo, it is at the Cinderella show that they do at the castle (can't remember the name), there is a woman in front of us watching the show that has white cotton spandex shorts on and you can see her red underwear through the shorts and the worst part is the massive wedgie she has! That had to be uncomfortable!

We have one of those "but I thought the camera was off" too! Unfortunately, besides sidewalks and shoes, we have the entrance into the men's room (nice clean tile!) and the entire visit with flushing and all! At least DH remembered to wash his hands! It really is a priceless part of our trip video!

I have an old tape of 1989 and we were watching that old caravan character song and dance show at epcot and the family in front of us were cracking us up. I know it's really negative but they were so rude to each other it was funn.y The father and teenaged daughter were flighting about her short shorts and about the hotel and the younger son was swearing at the mom. Real classy. They were so loud they must have gotten their arguments on every video that was taping the show. Hope they're doing better now!

I don't know if this really counts, but when I went to WDW with a friend of mine we used his video camera and just taped over some tapes he had used in the past (at family Christmases and other events). We were watching the playback of our final vacation video and it shows us in Toontown. We see kids hugging characters, Mickey and Minnie's house, all the most childlike, innocent stuff in all of WDW.
Suddenly the tape switches off of Disney and I see his brother at Christmastime. He is looking intently at a small item like a pen. You hear a voice from the background say "If you hold it up to the light, you can see a nekkid woman!":hyper: The tape then switches right back to us at Fantasyland, almost like it was edited that way. It would have been funny on it's own, but was priceless to be so random in the middle of the WDW video.:teeth:

I can't think of anything extremely funny, but I thought it would be entertaining to read everyone elses! :D

We do have one video of me being "Mrs. Park Commando" one morning, just ranting & raving that, "if we would get up earlier, we would get there earlier. If the bags were packed the night before we could get their earlier. If everyone would cooperate, we would get there earlier, blah, blah, blah". I

It made me stop & realize what a crab I was being. I've relaxed since then. ::yes::

elemusing - great story!! TOO FUNNY!!

We were in line for ToT, right inside the lobby. The line starts moving, and a woman about 5 people in front of us isn't moving, so the guy she was with gives her this BIG swat on her butt. It was so hard you can hear it on the tape above the background and crowd noise.

I was video taping my niece playing in Chip-n-Dale's acorn pit (ball pit) in Toon Town at DL. In the background a mother appears talking to her approx 6 year old son who is also playing in the acorn pit telling him that it is time to go. He crawls out of the pit and stands up next to his mother and everything appears fairly normal until the mother looks down at her son's feet... "Where are your socks?" The boy looks at his bare feet, then his mom, then the middle of the acorn pit and then points and responds, "In there." His mom looks at the pit with an exasperated face, "Are you serious? Why did you take your socks off?" The mother stood there surveying the acorn pit and trying to decide whether it was worth the effort to organize a search party.
Don't know what happened after that because I had to help my sister "convince" my niece that it was time to get out of the acorn pit.

Several years ago we were eating breakfest at EPCOT and in walked Chip and Dale and their human escort. They proceeded walking from table to table having the usual photo opts with all. One of the characters had a long, blond pony tail falling out from the back of the head. It was several minutes before the escort saw it and quickly grabbed it and stuffed it back inside the outfit. The kids did not seem to mind but I thought it was funny...smjj

On my last trip I came home to find my video of Minnie's house to be well, uh gross. In the background you can see some guy sticking his hand down the front of his pants. When he catches sight of my camera panning around he quickly takes it out. Take it to the bathroom buddy!

I have a good "wish I had the video camera" moment.

First let me set the stage for this. The night before we left for our trip DH gave his class their final for the semister. This was also his last night teaching as he was starting a new job and couldn't do night school anymore. Well the guys all want to go out for a drink afterwards to celebrate. So DH gets home about 12:30amish witht he munchies and finally makes it to bed about 1:00am. We are up at 6:00am to get ready to leave for our 11:00am flight.

Fastforward to dinner at LTT before MVMCP. We are sitting at the table and see Minnie coming in the room and making a beeline for our table. DH says to DD's not quietly enough "look her comes MICKEY!"

Well Minnie did hear him and put her hand up to mouth in shock and then gave him the "naughty, naughty" finger sign. As she is signing DD's autograph books and taking pictures she keeps looking at DH and either shaming him or doing her in shock look. As she continues to make DH beg for forgiveness Chip comes over to our table and learns from Minnie that DH is a bad boy. So Chip now takes DH's napkin and blows his nose in it, wipes his back with it, and cleans his ears and then hands it back to DH. Funniest thing I've ever seen and I'm laughing so hard I'm crying. For the next 2 or so trips the characters made in our room both Minnie and Chip picked on DH as he tried in desperation to apologize.

Thats what he gets for staying out too late! But, boy did I wish we still brought our video camera, that was just too funny not to have on film.
