Funky Hot Dogs

I have seen various menus at a few QS locations that over unique hot dogs... I believe, Launching Pad, Fairfax Fare . I recall seeing Philly Cheesesteak Hot Dog, Mac and Cheese Hot Dog and such......

Has anybody tried these???? If so, what kind, from where and what did you think?

I haven't tried any, but did google after I saw them on menus months ago. The ones at Fairfax didn't really have favorable reviews, and I think I recall reading the taco dog at the Lunching Pad wasn't *too* bad. But I never put too much thought into the reviews of others. There is so much food at Disney that I love that I would have never tried had I listened to others (Coral Reef, Tony's, etc).

My DH & DD split and Philly Cheesesteak Dog at the Launching Pad in January and LOVED it. they ate it so fast I couldnt even try the thing!!

I had the taco dog at the Lunching Pad and it was fine. I wouldn't call it anything special but it was just fine. It's big, so I didn't need the chips, that was too much food.

Most of the hot dogs are now a blend of 60% chicken/40% beef so they need to disguise the awful taste with all sorts of toppings. That doesn't work for those of us who like their hot dogs plain.
