Funky hair things at Disney

When we were at Disney a couple months ago we kept seeing girls with really cute funky different color hair extension things. Does anyone know where they sell them? DD really wants one and we couldnt find them but I have a friend going next week and I would like to ask them to pick one up for me.

Do you mean the hair wraps where different color string is wrapped around hair and there are beads at the end? Or do you mean actual colored hair extensions? I don't know where you can get the former other than at some type of resort area but you can get hair extensions at Claire's, The Icing, Sally Beauty Supply, just to name a few.

Any time my niece or nephew wants something a bit odd but okay, I just groan and ask "so where in Hot Topic is this?"



I love that store. It's got enough rebellion and weirdness that the kids adore it, but I, an adult, am comfortable it won't be offensive. And the clerks are sweet when I wander in like an old fogey.

You can find these at Claire's too~my DD wore one on our last trip from Claire's and they looked just like the ones at BBB.

The ones from BBB also have little Mickey heads hanging from them. They sell them at DTD in the World of Disney Store-in the section with girl clothes by the BBB.
