How fast do you run a 5K in? How fast will you run it knowing you have 13 miles the next day?

I usually don't go that hard, a nice slow easy run. The Disney races are the only time when I do the 5K before the 1/2. All my other 1/2s, I don't run the day before. My sister isn't a runner, she just wanted to do it b/c it was Disney, so she jogged and I walked next to her Saturday. I had the flip camera, and I have to try and watch the video. It may be bouncy for anything.

So what I want to know Kimmy, is how was the waking up and running the half after drinking with Funball the night before?

We weren't drinking, drinking. I drank so much water Friday, the alcohol didn't even register. Plus a beer and a shot aren't that much.
