A friend and I use to crack each other up with "Vehicle" and "ranch"
One of us would get it started and it wouldn't stop the rest of the evening.

Reminds me of when my mom called our local pizzeria and asked for a cesarean instead of a "Sicilian." The guy's response: "Lady, we don't do those here!" She made me go in and pick up the pizza that night.
