Saturday April 7th
Weather ~ warm, sunny, fairly-windy 71*F
After breakfast we set off for Islands of Adventure. We got there early and managed to get to Spiderman with only a 15 minute wait. What a great ride!
Then straight over to Jurassic Park River Adventure which was a walk-on. Another great ride and what a drop!
We had been prepared and worn our ponchos as it wasnt so hot today but the force of the water forced the hoods off us and drenched us!
Just our luck it was our boat ~ the boats before and after ours were relatively dry but everyone in our boat was soaked! 
We tried to dry off in the sun and browsed through the Jurassic Park Discovery Centre, then the girls rode the Flying Unicorn.
We stopped to look at Duelling Dragons but this is as far as it goes with us ~ taking a photo!
We thought Poseidons Fury looked good from outside but thats about all.
Once inside, the queue was incredibly slow moving and it was so crowded we couldnt either see or hear properly. Came out feeling we had just wasted a whole hour of our time.
We stopped in Seuss Landing to have an ice-cream then went back to Universal Studios as Francesca wanted to have her photo taken with Scooby Doo.
We stopped to have a meal at the International Food and Film Festival, then went to Downtown Disney, visited Disney Quest for the first time, and then went shopping for some presents to take home.
Tomorrow ~ Magic Kingdom!
