hi everyone,

I am new to this site so forgive me if there is a thread already but I thought it would be fun to start this:

1) How many kids do you have?
2) How many times have you been to WDW as a family?
3) Favorite memory?
4) Must do family fav restaurant?
5) Fav family ride?

to answer my own ?s
1) 2 going on 3 :)
2) Twice
3) Seeing my kids' faces when they first met Mickey Mouse!
4) Have to do Chef Mickey's
5) Peter Pan - we all love it!

1. Two (DS13 and DS4)
2. 4 times - number 5 in December (DS13 has been 8 times)
3. Late night EMH with DS13 when he was 7-8. He loved being at the MK until 2 am
4. Casey's Corner for corndog nuggets
5. Ride is complicated.
For me it's TOT
For DS13 it's either Splash or Space Mtn
For DS4 it's Dumbo or Splash
For my wife it's another cupcake and the heck with the rides

1) 2: DD4 DS4
2)Once as a family, soon to be twice in September. 4x Me and 3x for DH.
3)DD and DS in Camp Minnie Mickey doing meet n greets with all the characters at the same time because there was nobody else around at the time, spent almost 40minutes interacting.
4)Haven't done any on site TS restaurants yet (this trip we have a lot to try!) because we've always stayed off site and made our own food or ate off site. But in general I have to have something at the Norway Bakery in Epcot and we all love: Dole Whips, caramel apples from the main street bakery, and turkey legs.
5) Last trip as a family DD and DS were limited in rides due to height so based off of last trip our favorite as a family was Prince Charming's Carrousel. My DH's favorite is Splash Mountain and Im tied between SM and Kali River Rapids. This upcoming trip DD and DS will be tall enough for everything so we will have to see what becomes our new favorite family ride!

hi everyone,

I am new to this site so forgive me if there is a thread already but I thought it would be fun to start this:

1) How many kids do you have?
2) How many times have you been to WDW as a family?
3) Favorite memory?
4) Must do family fav restaurant?
5) Fav family ride?

1. 2 kids: DS19 and DD5
2. This is complicated. I was a single mom for many years before DH and DD came along. DS and I went 4 times before DH. DH joined us for 3. And DD has been 3 times.
3. I don't have a single favorite memory. DS meeting THE Buzz Lightyear. Sitting on a bench in Hollywood Studios just resting with a drink and DH getting super excited (like speechless excited) to see Lightening McQueen drive out from backstage. Lightening McQueen had been in California so it was his first appearance in a while. DD telling Ariel all about the time that she (DD) got turned into a mermaid and the fun adventure that DD and Ariel's daughter Melody went on. There are too many moments to pick just one but those are probably my big 3.
4. 50's Prime Time easily is the top in the family.
5. Not sure we have a favorite ride. Tomorrowland Transit or the safari ride. Maybe.

1) How many kids do you have? We are foster parents and currently have three little girls
2) How many times have you been to WDW as a family? My husband and I: 5, with the girls: 0 (hopefully once before they go home to their birth mom) (Me with my parents....LOTS)
3) Favorite memory? Getting to ride Tower of Terror just me and my husband (SOOOOO SCARY/FUN)
4) Must do family fav restaurant? Biergarten
5) Fav family ride? Small Word

1. 2 kids (DD13 & DS11)
2. I think our trip last week was number 18 as a family.
3. The look on my DD face the first time she saw the castle. She was 3 1/2 on her first trip.
4. Trail's End has turned into a family favorite.
5. Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover is our first and last ride of every trip. It's our little family tradition.

4 daughters ages 4, 9, 13, 20. Dh informs everyone that he's the only married man that's allowed to have so many girls in his life. He would like a fifth but his number one girl is tired!!!!!!
This December marks our 23rd trip, my lucky number.
Favorite memory, I have two. Watching my dear mother in law and father in law holdings hands watching Illuminations on their first trip. It was the first time they had been out of the state of Pa. Both into their eighties with tears flowing the entire show. Second, on a rained out day in Epcot. People were complaining and our girls were starting to get upset that the day was ruined. My dh and I decided to make the best of it, took off our ponchos and got soaked. My hair looked horrible and wearing a white shirt might have been a bad choice for the day but we had a ball. We may have got some funny looks but we had the time of our life. When we were leaving our then six year old said, we have the best parents ever. They really know how to have fun. Made up for all the funny looks.
Favorite ride - too many to mention

1) How many kids do you have? Two girls, 8 and 7.
2) How many times have you been to WDW as a family? Once; taking our second trip this fall.
3) Favorite memory? Seeing my daughter meet Stitch in her Stitch costume from Halloween (she was obsessed), and the times we were just hanging out waiting for parades and fireworks, being together.
4) Must do family fav restaurant? Crystal Palace
5) Fav family ride? Magic Carpets
