Fun Planning?

So, after countless trips to WDW, my little cousins (girls, 9 &11) are finally coming with us in January 2010. They've never been there, and they're not even huge Disney kids. We're telling them at a party tonight (treasure hunt, Disney quiz, Disney food), but we want to have little "planning parties" throughout the year. Any cute ideas?
