Any suggestions about fun places to eat with teens? I love the idea of places like beaches & Cream with the kitchen sink!

I'm traveling in November with teenager boys so I would love to hear of some places to go to! :thumbsup2

We are taking our early teen to Sci Fi and 50's Prime Time Cafe. Of course we will also make him to go Crystal Palace for Breakfast and Garden Grill. He is not a big character kid, but he is a pretty good sport.

always loved Prime Time and Sci Fi. (but at Prime Time, the more people you have, the merrier).

My teen boys don't dislike any Disney restaurants, but they especially enjoyed Sci-Fi Dine In, Teppenyaki, 'Ohana, Kona Cafe, and 50's Prime Time. They loved seeing me being fed a green bean by our server. :teeth:

I second the Prime Time and Sci-Fi! I also recommend the countries, you can try exotic things to expand their culture or you can stick to food that teenagers love like the Chinese Food (american chinese style) at Nine Dragons, the Cantina de San Angel, and the Rose and Crown Pub. Another place that I loved as a teen was O'Hanas.

Have fun!!

In 28 days pixiedust: I'll be at WDW with DS (16) and his friend (also 16). We plan to eat at Beaches and Cream (at least twice ~ it's one of our favorite places to eat  ), Sci-Fi Dine Inn, Earl of Sandwich, Trail's End for lunch (this is a new one for us, but with 2 bottomless pits I'm trying to save a few $$ :scared: ), Raglan Road (another new one), 'Ohanas (my son is a huge carnivore and loves this place  ), delivery from Giordano's pizza, and Kona Cafe for breakfast (Tonga Toast, need I say more  ).

Prime Time Cafe is a lot of fun as is Whispering Canyon Cafe at Wilderness Lodge. It's "interactive dining" as we like to call it :hyper: . I think they would actually eat where ever I wanted to, especially since I've booked the Around the World at Epcot Segway tour for all of us :worship: . DS has even agreed to get his first WDW haircut at The Harmony Barber Shop in MK :thumbsup2 . Major brownie points for that one from his mom  .

As far as fun places to eat, my 16-year old son enjoyed 'Ohana, Beaches & Cream, and Sci-Fi. But he absolutely LOVED Biergarten!

My 16 yr. old DS likes Prime Time, Marrakesh for the food (or so he says - I think it's the belly dancer!), and the ESPN Club.

Our 14 year-old DS loves ESPN, WCC for breakfast, Yakatori House in World Showcase and Sci-Fi.

I just got back from a week long trip with two 15 yo girls--dd and her friend. The places they enjoyed the most were Whispering Canyon, Prime Time, Sci-Fi, the Biergarten, and, oddly enough, Le Cellier. They loved the chocolate "moose." They also both had a blast at Chef Mickey's for breakfast. :) I thought they might be "too cool" for it but they enjoyed it immensely. For counter service, they really liked Cosmic Ray's with Sonny Eclipse and the Cantina de San Angel at Mexico.

Our Disney kids are DD 19, Boyfriend 20, DS 17, DS 13 and last time we went we ate at ESPN ofcourse (they love it) and Japan, Mexico, Breakfastsaurus in AK, and eating by our pool in VWL or BCV. Our kids (even though they are not really kids anymore) even ate at Cinderellas Castle for breakfast last time we were there because they knew how important it was for me. But I have to say they were a little out of place with all of the little girls in their princess dresses. They tend to like Buffets. We ate once at Hollywood and Vine and they really enjoyed it. Good luck. :cheer2:

My 14 yr old and 13yr old boys actually really liked The Crystal Palace for dinner. We did Donald's Breakfastasauras also...Not as "fun" for them but they loved the food.

I was suprised that they were so psyched about the characters! They both had to get pics with EVERY one! It was TOO funny!....and the CMs loved watching them too!

DS17 really likes:

Marrakesh--food, belly dancer! :thumbsup2 , elaborate setting
WCC--had his birthday lunch here--loves the rowdiness & chicken sandwich/shakes
Boma--atmosphere, loves the buffet
Biergarten--likes the rowdiness, music
Prime Time--atmosphere & madcap servers

we plan to take him for sit down in China. He loves R&C, but it is more of a sentimental favorite-he also likes LeCellier, for the food & quiet

Jean
