I have WAY too mnay photos of us smiling with characters, etc.

What kind of fun and interesting poses or places have you taken pictures in DL or DCA?

Care to share???

We want some great pictures this time around :cool1:

I totally know what you mean!!! They old standing there and smiling gets boring after a while. I feel so silly doing anything else, but it looks so much better when you have some fun with it.

Consider the characters. How they act see if you can come up with some poses that play off them. Like gesturing that you are cutting your neck when with the queen of hearts.

This is a good idea! It's fun to kind of get in character with the character. We have some fun pictures imitating the 'monster' grasshoppers (those fiberglass ones) in front of Bug's Life. I also try to get oddball shots now, like from the ground looking up at someone with TOT above them or on Teacups in the evening with the lanterns above. Taking shots from below is my new obsession

I'm the photo geek in the family, and am a sniper. I take candid shots when they are not looking, and I get some of my best shots that way. I've gotten into the habit of the teacup ride where I glue the camera to my face and shoot off around 15 pics during the ride. First off, I end up getting a keeper shot, and secondly it prevents me from getting motion sickness on the ride.

Know the rabbit with the watch by the FL bathrooms? Stand by it and point to the watch like you can't believe how late it is.

Stand by the wishing well like you are princess dreaming of your prince.

Sit in the cars in Toon Town and act like you are driving crazy and your passengers are scared.

Try to pull the sword from the stone.

The photo pass photographers also may direct you to do silly things so they can put in the characters around you. I believe there is a cheesy photo thread in the DLR community forum. One in front of the HM had us act afraid and they add the ghosts in after.
