Fun Lunch Time Dining?

We are going to be in WDW in December and would like a fun lunch time dining option for 2 moms and a 3 & 4 year old not in the themeparks. We would prefer to use our DP credits but are open to the idea of paying OP. We are also trying to come up with some fun free activities for us to do with our children between 10-5 when our DH's take the older children to the Quest.
