Fun In The Sun Passes

Hi ,

I've just purchased some of these for our parents who are travelling with us this April (we have A.P's as we're gong again in October). I was just wondering if we would be sent the actual tickets or vouchers to exchange at guest services? (please say actual tickets!)

We purchased them throgh TicketMania if that makes any difference.

Ticketmania sent us vouchers. They need services to set them up as its a pass that uses biometric fingerscanning for entry.

The breakfast is a detachable voucher that comes with it.

We used a fun in the sun pass at Christmas and I am afraid it was a voucher that required exchanging at guest services.

It wasn't too bad for us as we also had to exchange some AP vouchers so we did it all at the same time.

Where ae guest services? Are they at the entrance to all the disney parks?

Can the Disney Resort's validate these tickets or does it have to be done at Guest Services? What are the queue's usually like at Guest Services? On our first day we are planning to do Epcot, I take it Epcot's guest services will be able to validate them?

Guest Services are at the main entrance of each park (not sure about the International Gateway entrance at Epcot though) and also at Downtown Disney.

I do not think that disney resorts can exchange vouchers for real passes.

I had been warned of large queues in the mornings at Guest Relations so we travelled to Downtown Disney on our arrival day to exchange them, the whole process took about 10 mins for 4 APS's and a fun in the sun pass.

We are popping to DTD on our first morning, so we can do it there.

Where is it located at DTD? If we are in DTD for a quick lunch, any recommendations?

We've exchange vouchers for actuals APs at the Epcot international gateway entrance in the past, and will be doing the same with our FITS passes in May. There are usually only one or two booths open there, but I can't recall ever seeing a long line (or any line for that matter!).

We used both Epcot entrances on our last visit, and it was the 1st time we had used the International Gateway entrance. We walked straight in everytime we used the International Gateway entrance.

If you are staying at one of the Epcot resorts around the lake then you make as well use this entrance to exchange your vouchers if you don't want a trip to downtown disney.

DD Guest Services is located in Marketplace, but probably closer to the Pleasure Island Disney bus stop. From what I can remember its quite small and located near some toilets
