*Fun in the Sun* 30 days pass help

Hi,

I wanted to know if anyone here had used these recently, and was wondering if they id you when you use these on a daily basis. I am going to be at WDW for the first week in June and have relatives that will be there other weeks in June, and would love to give these to them to use for their stay. Will I run into any problems at all?

It will not work. These passes use a biometrics (fingerscan) when you first use them. So the biometrics will only work for the original person who used the pass. They are non-transferable.

I just used these May 8th-17th. As stated above, you have to do a finger scan. One day, I think I had park hopped too much, and it denied my pass going into Epcot. I was lucky that I had my license with me, and had to show ID to the gate attendant. You will not be able to transfer the passes.

Does the "Fun in the Sun" pass have an expiration date? I know most passes don't, but was especially curious about this one.

Guess I should have also asked if they expire a certain number of days after first use? I know the 10 day pass does.

The pass expires 30 days from first day of use. It is not 30 individual days, it is 30 consecutive days.

Could I get more info on the Fun In The Sun passes? My sister is going with us next April & is wondering what the best tickets will be to purchase.

--Is this through Ticketmania?
--What is the price?
--Is this is a special promotion or can you get them & use them any time?

They will only be there 8 or 9 days, so would this really be worth it for them. We have AP's, so I know they would like to be as flexible as us.

You can get the 30 day pass from Paramount. They are 310.00 plus 15.00 to ship. They do have an expiration date of 5/31/04. Paramount also has a 10 day pass for 350.00 and 15.00 to ship. Both passes offer waterparks, DQ, PI. The 30 day pass also has kennedy space center and several museums. The 30 day pass has to be turned in at guest services. The 10 day pass does not as it is exactly like a hopper but it uses a fingerscan. Both also have one free breakfest per ticket. 1 888 281 6699 Hope this helps!

Why is the 10-day pass more expensive than the 30-day pass?

This might be a stupid question but are both the 10 day and the 30 day tickets Hopper passes, or can you just visit one place per day?
Thanks! This is defintately cheaper than the premium annuals we were looking at, but first we have to decide if we will be back within the year or not.

Yes, you can hop with both of these passes. the 10 day pass is available on their site. The 30 day pass is only available by phone.

I just checked the site & the 10-day World Pass was $300.

Hi all, Does anyone know if you can upgrade to an annual if you buy the 30 day Fun in the Sun pass? We may go back in Feb'04 so if we need to upgrade when we go this August I don't want any hassles. Has anyone done this??? Thanks.

You're right - I was looking at the 7-day PHP! Ooops!
