"Fun" food with kids?

I've read the sites about where to find good eats -- but, how about cool places to eat with two kids -- one is 4 years and the other is 9 months?

Circus McGurkus has a fun atmosphere themed to a Suessian circus, and there's also Wimpy's which has eating locations in which you can watch Popeye riders get soaked by coin operated machines.
