Fun Day Today!

DD turns 18 tomorrow. We have some other things planned for tomorrow so she and I went to MK today. I stopped and picked up a birthday button for her and she wore it around the park. Many CMs wished her a happy birthday.

We went to lunch at the Plaza Restaurant. Before we went in, the hostess asked both our first names. I thought it a bit odd, but didn't say anything. When she took us to our table, they had spread Mickey confetti across it. We had our lunch and were about to leave when the hostess appeared with a cupcake with a candle. She announced to the entire restaurant that it was DD's birthday. The whole restaurant sang happy birthday to DD. She was embarrassed, but I could tell she really liked it.

All in all, it was a fun day and all I had to do to make this happen was stop in at Guest Services and ask for a birthday badge!
