Fun at Home Depot

Today they had a special event where they were giving away free sample bags of Super Soil and mulch, and if you bought a pot and plant they potted it up for free. So I bought some flowers and a hanging basket and saved myself the trouble of potting it up myself, yippee! (alternating two kinds of lobelia around the sides and big pansies in the middle -- I bought half flats and will use the rest to make my own moss lined hanging baskets). Since DH was there we made out like bandits with the samples too.

I love lobelia! I particularly like the dark blue variety.

They are great for hanging baskets, the way they fill out and spill over, not to mention I love the color!
