Has anyone eaten there lately? My DH and I loved it in 2001. Wondering if it is still good.

. . . slow service
. . . mediocre food quality
3) I am hoping th new owners get things changed quickly.

we where at fultons on mothers day and while the food was good not great the service was very spotty. waiter seemed to be on another planet dirty dishes where not cleared empty beer bottles also. he brought out the coffee and then we waited 15 minutes for desert. i would not go here again not worth the price.

I haven't been for 2 years, but we've always loved Fulton's. It is a bit pricey, but no more so than most other high-end Disney restaurants. Never had a bad meal there and have been there probably 10-15 times. Also, it's a place I don't mind waiting for a table as the bar is good too.

I ate there two weeks ago, and while I had a nice meal, I could see that the people around me weren't! It took over an hour to get my food from when I ordered it, but I was unwinding after a long day and didn't mind. The waiter came around plenty and kept saying the food was coming, but it took a long time! One group next to me said their crab was all "body", no legs, and were upset that the aparagus was grilled, and overall I could see they were very upset with their whole meal. But they seemed overly picky to me! I saw another group talk to a manager about how bad their meal was. Personally, I had the best meal of the week.

But maybe they are just overwhelmed and don't have enough staff or something. They sure seemed busy enough, as they had no shortage of customers! But was a strange experience - I never seen so many people not happy with their meals!

This used to be our "must do" every time we went to WDW. We were there in April and ordered our usual king crab claws (in the past has always been, by far, the best meal of our trip) and they were VERY dried out. The service was not that great either. Among other minor annoyances, we had to get up and look for our server to ask for the check 20 minutes after our we said we were all set. I was very sad since we always look forward to having a meal here.

I hope it was just a bad day, but when they mess up an entree that costs $45....

its sad to say but fultons is only a good not great resturant. all it has is reputation now, the quality of service is not up to snuff with the prices. people who come to disney world from middle america and down south still think its great since they really don't now what a good resturant is. being from the northeast and living only 15 minutes from ny city i guess im spoiled. the same people who think alfredos is great italian food think fultons is great.

Thanks for your remarks. I don't think we'll be going back there considering the price. I remember having the best meal there back in 2001. Too bad it's not the same.

We don't eat there every time we go but we do very often and our last meal there was excellent. I'm really sorry to here that it might not be the same. Our DS and DIL eat there every time they are in WDW and have never had an average meal or bad service. They are going again on our June trip so I hope they're not disappointed.
