Fulton's Crab House - DTD

I have made PS ressies for this restaraunt for hubby and my 18th anniversary. I have asked about the special occasion cake that is available. Has anyone eaten here and had one of these. How about the food... Is it good?

If you don't like fish they have other things like steak and cheeseburgers. The food is good, we ate there last year for our first day, the only thing with us after an early plane ride all we wanted to do is go back to the hotel.

Might want to post this on the restaurant board--you'll get a ton more replies. In the meantime, we had our 1 year anniversary dinner here. They were great. Gave us the best table ever, a card signed by the staff, and the service was excellent. The food was really good; actually the best meal of the trip. I don't know about the cake you mentioned, but the milk chocolate creme brulee is excellent. Enjoy!

Fulton's has become a MUST for us every year. We like seafood (especially shellfish). We have always had great service and have never been disappointed, but others have. The king crab claws and lobster are excellent. I ask for my lobster to be broiled and they do it for me. The fried shrimp is excellent as well as the steak and also the dungeness (sp?) crabs. Steer clear of the crab cakes..my DH and MIL had them last year and they were like rubber pucks. Some say the bisque is yummy and other have said the crab/lobster experience wasn't worth it. IMO, if you like shellfish and a nice atomsphere it's worth it. We've never had a dessert there or a cake since Ghirardelli's is close by. ENjoy!
