Fultons 1 TS or 2?

I'm a little confused. Fultons is listed as a signature which normally requires 2 TS credits but does not indicate 2. So... is it 1 ts credit or 2??

It's listed as a signature, requiring 2 credits, on the DDP brochure. Trust the brochure.
