I looked online on the disney site and in the pop up it says it takes the dining plan as a signature rest. When selected it says it does not take the dining plan. Can someone tell me which is accurate - I need to make reservation soon!

Fultons accepts only the premium and platinum plans. The web site is just hopelessly unclear when it comes to those few restaurants that only accept the "more than dining" package plans, and to make matters worse there are a number of errors on the site in regards to DDP/DxDDP participation. Your best bet is to go by the dining plan .pdf brochures and ignore the information on the restaurant pages of the dining site.
