Not likely.
The order which the resorts are decorated varies year to year. They are done 1 night at a time, starting so that they last resort is finished the weekend before Thanksgiving. So mid-November is too early for most decorations. As PP mentioned, the Gingerbread displays will be under construction but not likely to be complete. There will be minimal decorations up in MK and that's about it
This is true but it happens after the park is closed, and before it opens the next morning. So no, the public doesn't watch it happenDon't know if it's right, but read as they pull down Halloween they put Xmas decorations up. Anyone seen this happen?

Yes, well before. They takes weeks to hangNot sure if what I read or heard was accurate, but the 'iced' lights on the castle are up long before the rest of the transition from Halloween to Christmas.

Yep, one of the best tours we've ever done was the Holiday Lights tour, where we got to go in the warehouse and see a small model of the castle and see all the various light setups they put on the castle, and other places, but most interesting was the castle stuff. It's been too long now but they told us how long it takes and how many lights they use. Great tourYep. But they blend in so well with the castle (the wires are custom-colored to match the part of the castle they're on), that they're barely noticeable.

No one's going to see it happen because they do it overnight when the park is closed (unless what you mean is being in the park one day and it's decorated for Halloween and going the next day and seeing it decorated for Christmas). I have though seen time-lapse videos of the change over occurring.
Oooo... I bet a lot of people would want to see that... premium upcharge opportunity? How about a special after-hours event where a guide takes you to different parts of the park being transformed? Sip hot cocoa and cider, indulge in delicious holiday treats, and even participate in a few fun decorating activities as you watch the lights and garlands go up. Plus you get an exclusive collectible Magic Kingdom ornament to commemorate the occasion.
