Full menu bars/lounges?

In another thread it was mentioned about places with full restaurant menus at their bar/lounge. Anyone have a list of places? Or just list the ones you know of.

If personally eaten at the bar at Flying Fish and it was the regular/full menu. I've done the same at Shula's (though not at the one at Disney). I believe you can do this at many places (California Grill and Jiko come to mind).
