I have a guestion regarding the CP at Epcot. We have never been to WDW at xmas time. We will be there when Mr. Morton is there, and we are fans. We had an ADR at Teppan Edo with tickets to CP, but I dropped it/changed the DP for Minnie's Christmas Party at H&V/Fantasmic. We already have tickets for MVMCP. I'm beginning to think it character overload.

How important is the advanced ticket for CP? We have a 9 year boy who could really care less about character interaction (never really liked it), but we have never seen Fantasmic. He is looking forward to Teppan Edo. He thinks it will be cool to watch them make our food. I just made an ADR without the CP ticket at Teppan Edo since it was worth 2 DP and Minnie's party was 1 DP.

I'm starting to regret changing CP for Minnie's party. Which is harder to get - good seats at CP or Fantasmic?

You can usually get a same-day FP+ for Fantasmic!

I wonder if they will still hand out tickets for it in the afternoon like they did last year. Does anyone remember what time they started that and where people had to line up? We weren't going to be in Epcot until that evening so we didn't try. We just stood in the back, which I thought would be fine. But there were several other people with that idea who also thought it was ok to talk loudly throughout the show, effectively ruining the show. I'll make sure to actually get seats from now on.

I'm waiting for December 9 to 11. I have a package reserved for my arrival day - December 5 but will change it if there's someone good on December 9 or 10. I would like to see Whoopi Goldberg but don't like having something reserved on my arrival date, my plane lands at 1:30 and I have dinner at Via Napoli at 5:45. I have no idea who Joe Morton is, I doubt it will be difficult to get standby seats for him.

I don't think that assuming nobody else has ever heard of somebody just because you haven't is a very smart way to plan...

Since I didn't know who he was, I wasn't planning to see him. I have my reservation for Saturday with Whoppi Goldberg (who I do know). I may change it if there is someone I want to see on the TBA dates.
